You're more than right. He's a certification away from being eligible to play outside Italy. He won't be able to play in Italy in the future due to stricter health regulations.

I think he's available and I'd be happy to see him play for Everton.

Fully agree. He knows the ££££ for getting sacked as England manager is healthy indeed, and we won’t do anything in the World Cup if he continues with recent squad selections. Looks like a human piranha too, hate his interviews!!
