Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

For CF I quite like Joaquin Panicheli. Big, tall CF that’s useful with the ball at his feet.

Doing really well on loan in Spanish 2nd Division. Got about 20’gis and is only 22. Think he was River Plate originally but is now owned by Alaves.

Supposedly available for 20M. Few PL and Ligue 1 teams sniffing around him already.

Carlos Alvarez of Levante also looks decent in that league.

Just been on sky sports news too
Means Doucoure, Keane and Coleman are staying... How TF Keane gets a new deal?

Beggars belief, not worth the £4m or a so a season we are paying him, no way he is taking a reduction, same with Doucoure currently earning in excess of £5m.... over £9m a season for Doucoure and Keane!!!! WOE, this club has learnt Jack 💩.

Keane probably has sell on value. That might be the narrative here. Could be wrong of course

Depends…if Young is kept but others leave fine. However if Keane, harrison, broja etc are kept/new loan then thats warning signs
Honestly...id rather keep Keane on lower wages as a back up who can get you a goal than Harrison or Broja anyday...they were both on loan with something to prove to the league and proved sweet FA. Rewarding them with a contract would be madness.

A solid player surely

It’s really not unprecedented either. Palace were in the same position the other year with loads of contracts expiring. Forest have turned over two new squads in two years! We signed how many new players last summer? Bollocks is it unprecedented!
Its just classic Everton " expectation management"...a tactic used to explain piss poor results before they actually occur, its been in the Everton Leadership manual for years. Only one who didnt read the manual was Martinez and that didnt end well.
