Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

I wouldn't expect anything yet, we still need to sort the management structure.

Was an interesting podcast earlier this week from the Blue Room, Paddy Boyland explaining the structure they are going to create; rather than a Director of Football overseeing everything there would be specialist positions and we hope to have them all done by May.

Sounds like it will be more of a team deciding on targets rather than just one person which sounds sensible.

I'd take everything with a pinch of salt until then, should lead to a fun summer though
Was this the Byline 35, by any chance?

I would be looking to have 4 new first 11 players in the starting line up next season. Priority positions need to be a RW, LB, CM, CF. I would slot Alcaraz behind the striker.
I would like O’Brien to move into the centre and have a new RB too if possible.

i think in hindsight we can all agree that we should have signed gallagher and mctominay from chelsea and man utd respectively, we'd been linked with both of them for such a long time before they eventually left their clubs

i think a gallagher, mctominay and gana trio would be better than even macallister, szoboslai and gravenberch and liverpool's midfield is top of the league

The main problem with this is we couldn't afford them and the probably wouldn't have signed.
