We have to be encouraged and promote our youth. They won't walk into the team day one but we have to give them the opportunity to prove they will one day so so.

Also, Baines OG in the SF 2nd leg at the Etihad handed City a lifeline they shouldn't have had. Ok, it was Liverpool in the final but it was a much more adventurous Everton team than under Moyes and wed'd have had a 40% chance of winning the LC that season IMO.

Martinez subbing off Deulofeu for Kone after a hour lost us that game at the Etihad. Our counter attacking threat was extinguished and they just camped in our half for the rest of the game. I was there and remember it vividly.
