I'd be pleasantly surprised if moyes spends money on a rb....from his first time with us I reckon he'll prioritise other areas and a signing like coufal wouldn't surprise me

Think he will if honest can see him a kwp but how much could you get a decent rb for say 15 mill on long deal so could spread out for par be low on books,

If signing Coufal was the price of waiting a year for a transformatively good right back next summer, I'm OK with seeing O'Brien there, backed up by Garner, Patterson if required

He's already won the Championship twice with Burnley & Southampton.
He opted to go to Southampton instead of Burnley as he thought he had more chance of being a PL player.

If he picks any of Burnley, Leeds, Sunderland....even Wolves then he runs the risk of being one of those players who gets a move to a team just quite not good enough.
