Just can't see grealish dropping down to us probably back to villa on loan European football which I think he will need if he wants to get back into the England setup

100% mate, its wishful thinking really, there is a chance of someone like McAtee (I prefer Bobb myself) but I can't see the Grealish thing unless TFG really want to make a proper go for it.

My thought process.
Thats not a downer on us, but abit like Chelsea going in for Delap as £30m probably said to them 'good market value'.
TEams like them, Newcastle, Utd or Spurs will think, if Everton are getting McAtee for X, we can go get him at that price and if he isnt great we can prob still make money off him 2 years down the line
