He's 30 and I know it's the Saudi League but he scored 47 goals out of 51 games there, which is staggering and only two years ago scored 14 goals for Fulham during his last season in the premier league, so there would be worse options

I was one of those saying we’d walked away as that’s what Joyce, ornstein etc had been saying. But seems Southampton blinked and things changed quickly.

Well excited by the signing though. Deffo not in the wanting it to go sour camp.
