If PSR is indeed still a concern then the club has done nothing to help themselves this summer.

a cm at LB
a cb at rb
and either a cm or LW at RW

I'm personally choosing not to dwell on the 'bust' side of things as the 'boom' part with inevitably follow.

It's up in the air whether they did in fact do this. And they then decided to hand out contracts to Barry, Alcaraz, Aznou and Travers that didn't max out their amortisation. And they added 12m cost with grealish.
