I agree but it does seem to fit with Moyes' preference. He can probably accept a quota of signings like Anzou and Barry.
For that reason I wouldn't be at all surprised if the link to Alvarez bore fruit. It ticks two boxes for Moyes - experience and he has worked with him before.

Elton knows Grealish's Dad, so makes him somewhat ITK for one player only - a good one though!! Alan has never claimed to be ITK, just passes on what he hears now and than from what I gather. Therefore - perhaps 'silence is golden' as they say.

Not funny, lost a lot of great employees in the past few months.

I grew up at the time when the USMNT was everything, we had no league and they treated us second class. And when we started winning they took it poorly and lashed out.

It's a large nation that continually underachieves at international level and doesn't produce top players like their profile should suggest.

I didn't think I would have a tear running down my eye reading a post on this forum today That's devastating for everyone involved hopefully this is just temporary madness. My sympathies for your employees and yourself dealing with these harrowing hardships. A trivial gesture compared to the overall grim picture but Maybe everton can serve as a healthy distraction this season from the heartache until then
