Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

I expect if we were to get Dibling & one more quality player in this week e.g Sanchez or Fofana then we'll all be much calmer and happy to take things as they come.

But there has to be a couple of top signings in before Roma or else its going to be a fair amount of brewing anger.
Sanchez ?? Please not Davinson ?

What about addressing a clear need early on and scouting and securing someone we absolutely need. Then we can wait for any other targets later in the window. We knew we needed a right winger last summer, we knew we needed one in January.
So the question has to be why haven’t they gone out and done that as simply as you make it sound?? I think mainly because this isn’t the club of last summer , Moshiri couldn’t and didn’t want to spend last year.

This is whole new ownership structure. I think it’s awful easy to ignore facts and simply just be negative about the club. I personally would rather a long term view and genuine change.

My guess is that it's because we want to keep our spending powder dry for our top targets. If we end up pushing another £4-5m on securing Dibling, that may not have been available had we lashed out £20m already on a stopgap like Brownhill.

I don’t think people really want to hear logic, at this point it’s all in on blaming the club and general negativity.
