The implication is clear: they're transfer process for first team players for one club they own is more efficient than that carried out at another they own.

My conclusion: one's regarded by them as Flagship FC and the other is regarded by them as Red Headed Stepchild FC.

So if you could watch a team who were challenging for a CL spot in their respective league or visit another team in an old and tired stadium who struggled in a fight against relegation for the last few years, who would you pick to go and watch if you weren't a soccer fan. Instead you were a businessman?

Players are willing to go to Roma but not Everton. So surprising

Agree all this panic would be understandable if we havnt already signed 4 players, yes we need more but we still signed 4, thinks are happening but we can’t fix the last 5 years in 3-4 weeks

Out of those 4 players signed I believe only one of them probably makes the first team to start.

They clearly haven’t been “dithering” at all. You can’t force your top targets to sign! We just aren’t attractive enough to the top players at the moment unfortunately but you can’t blame the manager and recruitment team for being ambitious and trying to get them in.

I don’t agree with this, if we had been properly prepared we would have had contingency plans in place for this scenario. Surely it isn’t beyond those tasked with bringing in new players to work out that very high calibra players might not want to come to the club at the moment and put in place aan alternative list of players to go for. It isn’t as if we haven’t witnessed this type of transfer window before. Other clubs are recruiting, Everton are failing again. I don’t blame the manager, he has stated he needs players, if the noises coming out of the club are to be believed then we have finances available but it still seems to take us an age to get a player in. I had hoped the new regime would fix this but there is no sign of that at the moment.

Dave that's not the owners it's down solely to the recruitment teams of both sides and to be fair Roma are far more down the road than us in recruitment terms.
