I thought there would be more video or at least written down from what Moyes said last night.

Specifically, in what context did he say we needed 9 new players? Is that on top of what we have already brought in? Is he unhappy with the slow progress?

A naming rights deal is somewhat a lot different than signing a player and the amount of people involved.

Come on, we will hear about any possible links / deals well before we are to sign and at this moment in time that information is very limited.

I take your point but You don’t think there would be loads of people involved in a naming rights deal ? I’d suggest if anything the numbers could be greater than a transfer .

No defending the lack of activity but in terms of running a tight ship we’ve definitely turned a corner hence why people are paying £15 to hear what a journalist speculated on two days ago

No one know what going on at Everton everyone guessing, don’t forget these guy don’t leak news. As far as I’m aware know-one knew about Hill Dickinson before it was announced.

People need to calm down and stop being so dramatic like a bunch of kids, we will sign players, we have no real idea who the club are looking at as they don’t leak info just sit back and enjoy the summer knowing we haven’t got Gaffer Day or there on the grass or Well if you put a few wins in there it doesn’t look to bad.

We won’t go down and we could get Europe, 2 extra wins at home last year and we would of been in Europe

I imagine there are a lot of people involved, but generally 2 main parties and everyone under NDAs.

A transfer dealing is a lot different, with agents involved, all with big media coverage / presence.

It is far more likely to hear any information about transfers than any corporate deals.

I think people are desperate to get any kind of information right now. It’s less than 3 weeks till the beginning of the season and we NEED players

My biggest worry with the window is that the club are feeling pressured to sign big name players in all the positions, like the fanbase would riot if we took some cheaper risks.

Some of the fees I keep seeing for decent European players makes me think we’re too nervous to try for them.

So 6 more players before the end feels a tad more realistic but based on the activity so far I still think it’s going to be a push!

At least 3 of the 6 have to be straight into the 1st team quality.
