Imo we need 2 CM’s because James Garner is not very good and our best CM is 36 years old.

We could do with one, if possible and at the right terms.

Suggesting we 'need' 2 this summer is asinine and just simply won't happen..

Well no, we need at least 1 without any shadow a doubt whatsoever, as a priority. Personally I think we need 2 if we want to escape the bottom half of the table, which I do.

Someone like Douglas Luiz this summer would've been a 'nice to have' rather than a 'must have' and the chances are that isn't going to happen either way..

Yep. I’ve been told Tim Iroegbunam and Harrison Armstrong would hold their own over the course of a Premier League season playing a lot of minutes. So let’s find out over the next week. Also don’t want to hear any fitness excuses as we’re playing teams at the exact same stage of pre season.

I agree on those positions, but we need about 5 or 6 more players. Midfield is absolutely one of the positions we need to fill. We are miles behind where we need to be right now and I expect these pre-season matches will show it clearly.

It's RB, RW, CM, Cover for both fullbacks to me. We're not spending money this summer (as proposed) and playing Jake O'brien a full season at RB.

He's very much championship level like Tom Davies before him, he just so happens to play at a higher level.
