Mad that he’s just one name on a long list of players we bought for £20m+ and left on a free. Hopefully we have learned that lesson

And yet usually people get shirty on here when someone suggests buying players of 28 and up for high fees is a bad idea - assets maintaining value is soooo important for a club in our position

I counted 16 senior players because Tyrer, Armstrong, Iroegbunam and Chermiti are not senior players. To be honest I’m reluctant to count Coleman seeing as he can’t actually physically play football.

They've probably just got so far into the window where other positions have to take priority.

While I agree we are a shambles, I cannot believe that Moyes only had one target for an RB and then decided he would have to change his whole tactical plan for next season cos we could not get him - I just don't

We finished 6th with worse squads under moyes. Not worse starting 11 but worse squads on the whole.

And we'll bring at least 5-6 more players in imo
