Just been watching a bit of England u21s v Luxembourg(winning 3 nil) and Man City have 6 players in the squad, plus two they have just sold. Brilliant youth set up they have atm.

Caught this game back this morning. That Hayden Hackney of Boro looks a real talent in defensive mid.

I do think Championship shopping isn't as economically viable as it once was but I do think two players to look at in attack would be the Millwall striker (can play behind Beto/Barry) and Ante Crnac who can play wide right and in the middle. They'd cover two positions each and you'd have to bet on being ablet to flip them for profit at some point which we MUST start doing.

I'm sure I read somewhere today that he's going to be cleared of all charges? May be the heat getting to me though!

Last I saw he'd had the hearing but not the verdict but maybe that's what's expected, I dunno.

He seems to be complaining that Spurs found out about the release clause for MGW? What was the point of the clause if it’s top secret?

Teams are supposed to make multiple bids - increasing the bid by £1m each time until they suddenly have 1 accepted.

But really - release clauses are nothing new are they? Forest are being ridiculous

Oh for sure, prices are just mental in general. But even your average Championship winger is like £25m these days which is just bonkers.

Prices have gone up but our transfer pot hasn't.

I remember @Simon Buttle posting about him and Dan Neil.

Hackney seemed the better player if i remember correctly.

Not sure how he was doing by the end of the season...also whether he'd be a first choice for us.

palace signed olise from reading for 8.7 mil and sold him for 60 mil

palace signed eze from QPR for 17 mil and he's now linked to arsenal for over 60 mil
