Hate Coleman getting a 1 year extension to aid the transition to the new stadium/squad overhaul.

But are happy to sign a 32 year old left back who has no resale value?

People are like that regarding Harrison cause they've likely watched his very recent performances.

The same can be said regarding Grealish to a lesser extent. Although it must be said I'm an advocate of his on the right terms.

I'm pro Coleman and if I said what I thought of those who slander him getting a 1 year extension then I'd get banned.

Depends on wages, signing on bonus etc. still given our previous issues with PSR or signing older players on bigger wages etc, I’d have thought we had learnt from that

Yep, all of those things are true and none of them are contradictory. Harrison is basically a waste of space regardless of cost. Grealish is a good player but will cost much much more than he is actually worth. Coleman is too old, we can't postpone buying a decent right back forever. Players signed on frees don't need resale value.

Whatever you think of Coleman and his contribution to Everton ( fantastic) . His performances and availability in the last 3 years do not justify a playing contract .

If you also think Harrison merit a contract at Everton on £100k a week there is little hope for you.
