10 Sporting players got more assists than him last season, including both their centre halves. Doesn't sound like the answer to our prayers to me.
To be fair mate I wouldn't use people on here as a gauge.
He’s been bandied about for £50million in the press which I suspect would be a bit rich for our blood at the minute.
I will die on the hill that assists taken in isolation are a really crap data point.
Anything taken in isolation is a crap data point to be honest, but I'm not going to go and watch 30 90 minutes games to give an in depth analysis of him for the forum sorry.

Some of Mykolenko's numbers should be taken with the context that Dyche was his manager for half of those stats, but as you can see Tete matches Mykolenko's defensive output with better offensive numbers (albeit his offensive numbers aren't much to write home about, but clearly better than Mykolenko).

Don't rate Albert Gudmundsson at all. His goal record is nothing to shout about and any contract here would take him into his 30s. Nothing at all to suggest he would pull up trees.
It might be a runner though as the links seem to persist.
Spending on someone like Barry is a gamble I'm not sure Moyes would be willing to take, unless we could negotiate the fee down.
In general I'd prefer potential over an experienced, but ultimately average striker but there are no easy answers.
