Sometimes football and business isn't about the glamorous signings. David Moyes was actually very adept at this, keeping players who were no longer flavour of the month but getting a tune out of them.

Walcott I imagine is a bit of a managers dream. I can imagine he is easy to manage. Always punctual, works hard in training and tries to implement a plan. He's not going to be explosive anymore with a return but his pace will still stretch teams.

I still think, if a decent bid comes in, he goes. But there's no way we would just give him away.
I don't come to this thread to read sensible comments.

Now to read about more insane ramblings from our owner about "maverick" striking options.

Doubt we are signing Costa. Out of our age range, out of our price range, and not a Brands type. Saying that at his peak he was frightening....

Best to send a private message to @bol-uk or @Bungle for the info. Not mine to pass on.

I do hope we also go for Neves as well though.
Not happy here.
Just cos my wife gets transfer info doesn’t mean I have genuine scoops. She keeps her job to herself
She did say , watch the big guy from atleti (?) though
