Hopefully Valencia will be sent back to his parent club. He's had a good attitude and actually been useful from the bench at times. However, we need to be aiming higher. He is definitely West Ham level, so no idea why they laughed at us when we loaned him.

Schneiderlin's position is very much a "niche" position. Not many players can do that to the affect he can.
Full back is less important to the way we play then that holding midfielder role is.

Goal and assist every 3 games is good going. Reminds me more of Lampard than Naismith. Don't really understand the Naismith shouts he rarely scored.

Naismith had a record of 1 in 5 roughly...

Not sure what it is, they just feel very similar to me. Not sure who I would compare klaassen to from our league....any thoughts?
