His stats were impressive, (see below) although tbh he is more likely to make more tackles and interceptions playing for a team who are defending for most of the game. I don't think many of us thought he would be the real deal though.

I'm just glad Walsh knew better and bought him.

Get where your coming from but who could we get that's better? I hear a few say the same thing but give no names. Tielemans perhaps? But a lot of top clubs want him. Klaassen? Same goes with him...

By all accounts being in the CL isn't a massive thing for him just yet. But you could be right, IF Monaco lose both Silva & Bakayoko then he would go straight in to their side.
