Watford are still interested in signing Everton winger Aaron Lennon, according to Sky sources.

Sky Sports News understands the Hornets are keen to sign Lennon on loan, while the Toffees would prefer a permanent move.

Sky sources have revealed the deal may come down to wages regardless of the contractual arrangement, and that Lennon would need to take a pay cut
