Any bids for Charlie Austin yet? He'd jump at the chance to play for us rather than Leicester/Newcastle. We only have One Striker who scores goals who I think is coming along nicely but what if he's injured? 12-15m for a lad who's proven he can score at the level for a woeful side is surely a bargain in this day and age. Maybe I'm missing something but I think he'd be a terrific addition

You're missing the fact that it would pretty much use up all our money and we still have a couple of defenders and a playmaker to add to the side

That's a matter of opinion about the famous Money of course as Everton don't do straight answers in that respect but I see your point. I just think its a bargain that won't come along very often and would go for it regardless of other targets.

For 15m? nope, for around the same fee as Ogbonna, sure why not.

But i think there are better options out there than both, just about finding the right person.

He's not great, whenever i've seen him he's either been okay or poor.

I wasn't fussed on us getting him at first, but after doing a bit of research into him it really put me off him.
