I wonder if this is related to the Mertens and Shaqiri rumors. Could also be leaked to drive the price up for Spurs. I loved Kev when he was here but perhaps the time has come for all concerned.

Gianluca Di Marzio’s website claims that Liverpool offered €20m for the Switzerland international winger, with Inter Milan only going as high as €15m - a deal which is initially a loan, with an option to buy in the summer.

Does nobody else find it a touch worrying that Inter apparently want to sell Shaqiri after only 6 months with little or no profit on his 15m signing fee?
