No chance are we playing three central defenders plus Coleman and Digne. We've got too many attacking players to do that. Bernard, Richarlison, Sigurdsson, Tosun and Walcott will all be starting, as will Gueye. The only way we will play three at the back is if we take one of those five attackers out.

Walcott is our only natural right winger.
Tosun is our only striker.
Richarlison is playing no matter what unless he absolutely stinks the place out.
Sigurdsson has been assured of a more central role, possibly alongside Gueye or just in front of him.
Bernard will play either number 10 or left wing.

That's not even mentioning Schneiderlin (Silva appears to like him) or Gomes, who won't be joining us to sit on the bench.

Verdict: Absolutely no chance it's a back three this season.

Then how are we going to grind out a point against Burnley at goodison?
