I am also relaxed. I’d rather time and detailed planning be put into each decision, particularly signings, rather than things being rushed.

It would be easy to rush into a few comfort and convenience signings, as when Martinez signed Alcaraz for example, but the fact we haven’t seen that is a good sign. Brands and Silva must take stock and take a bottom up view.

Things will take at least two years to turn around in my opinion, so we can’t expect too much too soon.
