Isn’t this just a symptom of woman playing a sport that evolved for men, similar to how woman are more likely to suffer concussion in woman’s boxing?

Researchers from Kingston University believe female players are two to seven times more susceptible to ACL ruptures than their male counterparts. With funding from FIFA and assistance from Fulham and WSL champions Chelsea, they are trying to find out why.
