There appears quite rightly a continuing deabte/discuusion on strikers for our club.
Regarding players for the future, names mentioned are Remy, Bony, Belgain batty.
Currently we have Lukaku (who may stay), Mirallas, Kone.
From the past there was Jelavic, Beattie (now managing Accrington) Amokachi, Latchford.
I want to mention one other, I do not see his name mentioned or any thread about him, if I am wrong then I stand to be corrected. The person I recall and I had a great respect for him was Fred Pickering. Now many younger fans will not have seen him play or even heard of him. Now amongst the older fans do you remember Fred. Some one like DaveK will because he is an old fan like me. Some may not even have good memories of him but I liked him. Any idea where he is now or what he is doing?
