He's one of those players that whenever he gets the ball you pray he doesn't do something gash with it, and when he doesn't, you fist pump. Not out of pity. You're just happy a guy who really really wants to do well and wasn't given a chance by many is getting his chance and taking it.

Yeah I'll have that but I think some of his holds and lay offs are pretty decent, he just seems awkward and. Has a few too many bad touches compared to seasoned premiership pros. I reckon he can do a pretty useful job for us. I heart Denis

I hope he starts today, or at least plays the majority of the game. I also hope the currently escalating political situation between Britain and Argentina doesn't jeopardise the deal.

I hope so too, the guys deserves it for his last two performances. I'd like to see him play until about the 70th minute or so, then to be swapped with Jelavic, hopefully we won't need an extra striker on by that stage of the game.

To be honest, he wasnt, he had some good touches, had a few chances on goal, and set Fellaini up for a chance on goal too.

He just didnt run as much as we expected, but can you really blame him after Man City, it was bound to have an effect.

He did a great job upfront on his own, when Anichebe starts you dont know he is even playing unless its because he makes a mistake. Similar to when Saha was upfront

Plus as we can see Straq cant run about all game...a 4-4-2 would be suited to him and Jelavic.

Jelavic is the type of player who stays in the box and scores. Straq does all the work. But they need to split the work rate.
