Sometimes you need to look at it in black and white.Yeah, there is no way he was bo*locks, more subdued but there were some nice touches from him, some people seem to view in black and white.

He had a few nice touches but was outjumped 9 times out of 10, didn't score, didn't assist and didn't hold the ball up that well. A few good touches doesn't mean he was good. Maybe he wasn't bollocks but he was poor.

I'd spent loads of money, wrecked my shoes and nearly died from pneumonia going to watch that yesterday. My knee-jerk-ometer was going wild.Ok, fair enough, but your redefined assessment is more considered and nearer the mark.![]()

hes a bit more subtle than he is given credit for, it looks like he has got a sound footballing brainFair play. He's a bit of a grock let's be honest, but he's passionate as [Poor language removed] and has an insane work rate. It can't be easy for him having to play in this league at the tempo, and his fitness levels before coming here must have been nowhere near enough. But he's doing it.
Get in Denis you big loveable monster.
He's a grock but he's our grock. If he keeps playing like that he's got a good chance of a permanent contract. He needs to do it against a couple of lesser teams but since we've got Arsenal and Spurs in the next two league games at home he can build his momentum.
