...and a very good footballer.

This too. I would start him on the left every time even though he was inconsistent last season. I'd even like to see him play off the striker instead is Osman when Ross is rested. He palyed there well for SA.

He is still a tit tho

On one hand he does all the "God is great" stuff, one teh other he is a wife beater, a drink driver and a whinger

He's religious, who cares?

Charges were dropped, Regarding the wife beater accusation.

Arguably need more whingers the squad.

With partnerships like Baines-Pienaar & Coleman-Mirallas we have two very strong wings. Problem is that Pienaar has been away for a long time due to his injuries and he might have a hard time getting back to his previous lvl... and even if he is it's not certain he will be on the starting-11 if we do well. But I wouldn't sell him, not yet anyway. We need numbers and Pienaar is definitely a player that has shown he can do a good job for us on the wings where we are short of players.

NEA about him bring religious but it does make him look a hypocrit

...I don't know what happened with his missus, but apparently all charges were dropped. If it happened it's clearly wrong, but lets not forget the background of these guys. Lots are born and raised in poverty. Their standards and culture is very different to ours. In a way it what makes a 9st South African guy survive in a league of strength and athleticism. I'm not excusing him if he has erred, but these blokes have different standards than ours.

That reads like a RAWK parody excuse for Suarez.

Let's assume that wife beating is acceptable in South Africa, which it isn't. He had previously spent time in the Netherlands and Germany before England so had time to acclimatise himself to "European standards."

However the charges were dropped so unless there is evidence of corruption then that is that.

Personally I advocated him getting sent down for drink driving as I do for all drivers found under the influence of alcohol.

Very RAWK like post. He's been in Europe for 15 years or something, so that is an awful excuse and exactly thesame as what we laughed at that lot for re Suarez.

He's a boss little player, would start him almost every game he's fit.
