I voted OUT as he simply has to have culpability for the summer.
Either he had sufficient power and influence, and used it, in which case his judgement was proved to be badly wrong on several occasions, or didn't have influence, and did not speak up.
No excuses really - he isn't paid a managers salary but if he thought there was any internal impediments to his job he should have gone straight to Moshiri. Perhaps he did, but I get the impression that he is just one of quite a few at the club who coasted along on the tide of optimism and enthusiasm in early/mid summer. Nobody was asking the tough questions.
Nobody seemed to go against the grain which can be a difficult and brave thing to do but that's essentially what a DOF is there for.
It looks like his role is actually enhanced now, but I'm not comfortable with him overseeing January and subsequent windows on the basis of the last two.
