I voted OUT as he simply has to have culpability for the summer.

Either he had sufficient power and influence, and used it, in which case his judgement was proved to be badly wrong on several occasions, or didn't have influence, and did not speak up.

No excuses really - he isn't paid a managers salary but if he thought there was any internal impediments to his job he should have gone straight to Moshiri. Perhaps he did, but I get the impression that he is just one of quite a few at the club who coasted along on the tide of optimism and enthusiasm in early/mid summer. Nobody was asking the tough questions.

Nobody seemed to go against the grain which can be a difficult and brave thing to do but that's essentially what a DOF is there for.

It looks like his role is actually enhanced now, but I'm not comfortable with him overseeing January and subsequent windows on the basis of the last two.

Stones was a Moyes purchase, Lukaku had just slotted a load in for West Brom, Barry was an ageing PL winner, Niasse was and is crap.

He hardly pulled some names from the unknown did he.

Bit harsh, Niasse might not be the flashiest or most orthodox player in the world but he's been one of our best and most effective players this season, unlucky at Anfield where all he had to feed off were hoofs and panicked clearances.

Might have tucked a few away but he's still crap. If we went into next season and he was first or second choice striker you wouldn't be happy would you? So he's crap.

Don’t know if it’s been mentioned .... can’t be arsed to read some of the tosh here but I do think he may begin to shine alongside Craig Shakespeare
The two of them were a dream team together in the Leicester title win
For me it can only be good to have them as a pair

..I actually think Shakespeare will have a key position, both in tactics on the pitch and on transfer targets. I wouldn’t be surprised to see an approach based more on the Leicester model than on the stereotypical Allardyce teams.

Hmm. "What a pass from Rooney, Vardy....FIVE NIL EVERTON!"
