Think it was the Leiscter fan earlier who said that. If he can do thst then he will be a fantastic recruitment, certainly a massive change to the last manager anywayIm going with "un noticed and unappreciated stars in need of nurture" (ie on the cheap)
All fairness though if his skill is finding players that fit the system the manager wants and can be effective in that system that's a great skill to have.
He will work closely alongside new Everton manager Ronald Koeman, with signings expected to follow swiftly.

Not sure that Walsh's brief will be to get too involved in the current transfer window, Koeman will know all the targets he wants now. Walsh's role will be to unearth future talent at reasonable prices and/or identify established stars most able to immediately fit into the Everton picture.
