Given how crucial this coming transfer window is, can we really risk him cocking it up again?

can we really sack him though? He's probably been scouting since the summer. The jan window is a month away, do fans not realise that if we sack him, we'd have to hire a new head scout/DOF and get them to make the right decisions on who we should sign within one month?! That's asking for trouble. We don't have a manager in place to tell them what we need, unsworth could try, but as he's not manager that probably won't be his decision. Who then? Moshiri is going to tell our new scouting team the type of players we need?
