start of season

It's been such a weird season. Until this week we have arguably been in contention for a Champions League place, yet it still feels like a very disappointing season. Only Everton FFS.

first game will be away to newcastle, we will lose 2-1, then we will play stoke at home at draw 1-1, then we play arsenal away and lose 3-0, then we will play aston villa away and lose 2-1, then we will play man utd at home and lose 1-0, then we will play swansea at home and draw 1-1.

I don't get when we can see after maybe 15 mins that we are not going to win the way we are playing the players and manager continue to do the same things an expect a different outcome. Watching piennar trip and fall after every tackle is getting annoying, its like they want to play great silky football and when it doesn't happen at the start they get frustrated and start getting worse. Its very predictable in their approach and its like they stop trying when the other team has figured them out, force us to play it back pass to distin blast it up either over anichebe or when he is surrounded if it doesnt work the first 9 times why will it the next 9 ffs. Baines has gone off the boil and that people are starting to suss him out a bit and with piennar playing badly it hasn't helped. Maybe coleman has played to well and showed up some of the other stars and brought a bit of dissent or prima dona qualities from some of the other players. The team doesn't seem fresh they seem unable to change or fight for 90 mins I am surprised how well we have done this season to be honest with the way he has managed the players and rotation. It does seem like an old boys club rather than moyes being manager and picking on merit and to encourage players to come through he picks the same players regardless and doesn't see his errors or need to change. The failure of these players is down to moyes and themselves though they can only play how they are told but the unexplicable way this team can't play for a full game once or twice a week is criminal for the wages they are on. Moyes should go he wont change and I do believe there are hungrier cheaper and better managers out there that will play the everton way not the moyes way, we have the players coming through and some great players now, get rid of the ones that are disruptive to the team that think they are too good for the team or don't try for a full match or just aren't up to the standard accepted and we will have a great team and I don't think we are far away to be honest.

The season of being so close yet so far . All what was needed was a 15 goal striker a couple of decisions going our way a signing in January and the poor form sustainted in jan and febuary and we would be right up there . Teams we have being competing agaisnt have had a lot of luck like spurs with bale . I think next season will be the season when we either see a push for the top or the steady 7th place finish. I say this because we have funds available either by fellaini or tv money so there no excuse on that part and we will either have moyes who will want to get something or a new manager for a new challage

like I said in the other thread everything had gone right for us this season:

1. Chelsea/RS/Arsenal been under par

2. easy Cup run

and we went and ****ed it up

Even with the players we have we have dodgy plan a no plan b or c sooner he goes the better [sorry mean phil nev its all his fault].

This. Easiest cup run we will probably have for years and we couldn't even make it to Wembley. And 6th place when we were possibly good enough to be as high as 3rd at the moment. No, not happy.
