…given its steepness & proximity to this, the South Stand has to be Everton Brow;

I hope that is a joke mate ,we would be playing in a Tesco supermarket in Kirkby if he had got his way.
Just because he is dead we should never forget the damage he has done,he was the worst chairman in our history and walked away with 40 million for his troubles.

At the time of Kirkby we were in a bad position, the option on the table is a world away from what we have now. But the club had to move forward and that was the option on the table. I think many fans underestimate where we were financially. I am not saying he got everything right, but Bill pushed for the Bramley Moore site over Stonebridge Cross. when Stonebridge cross was a cheaper site and seen by many as an easier and more deliverable because it was a brownfield site, if Kenwright had not been involved I think we would have been moving there rather than Bramley Moore.

  • Sean Dyche Way - a gravel pathway that runs by the dock wall. As you continue on its route, you find your membership credits allocation diminishing arbitrarily, and then just as the path looks like it's sinking into the river, it suddenly veers away into the new stadium shop.
  • The Bill Kenwright Enclosure - a luxurious executive restroom experience with sepia-tinted glass, on-tap sentiment, and a jumbotron for optional applause. Now with an endless water supply for the turd that simply will not flush. Please be aware that if you choose to clap at the jumbotron, the Blood Brothers embossed toilet paper retracts leaving you to use your tongue to ensure adequate fealty and hygiene.
  • Frank Lampard Fan Experience - meet Fan-Friendly Frank, the popular club mascot with the cheerful catch phrase: "Enjoy the football". Tactics entirely optional.
