You going on the radio tonight then, to show your support for the scheme?

Or are you - like always - just going to sit and snipe at those who bother to stand up for their beliefs without even listening?

The thing is though...anyone who does come on and is behind it is only going to make the vocal anti-mob furious, and in turn make them kick off at the pro-caller (more than likely call him an idiot) and spit facts and figures like Dustin Hoffman in Rainman.

AND it wouldnt be much of a debate and more than likely they wont let many, if any, pro-Kirkby people on - its not good radio. Somone calling in and saying "I think we should go" is only going to make Elstone say "Cheers" and thats it. Unless the caller is going to have a go at the anti-Kirkby people which they probably wont allow because it's about Elstone asking questions.

It wouldnt surprise me if they screen the calls before allowing them on (which they do anyway). Elstone and EFC might only anwser certain questions. At the end of the day it's all just a marketting ploy, a PR stunt which will hold no revelations which we would heard about from the inquiry.

It's all *coughs* 'commercially sensitive'.

As you say, I dont know why they go through the motions. It's obviously going to be a highly choreographed PR stunt.

The only real question of interest will be mine: 'You're George Formby's grandson aren't you, you [Poor language removed] eating, grinning tvvat?'.

If the move was good enough for Everton, then it would have people ringing in and backing it fervently - with their own facts and figures to prove it's a good enough move.

I took part in a debate on City Talk last year and saw the lines and calls waiting - the caller is asked what they want to say before let on air, which is then fed into a computer in the studio which shows the presenter so they can pick who they want to talk to.

There wasn't one in favour of the move all night. I found that a bit odd.

The view from the tower is ace though, and I met Pete Price as well as Mickey the Sky Fanzone bloke. What a night!

Whats he saying for us who cant listen?

Dave Kelly keeps saying "We can stay and redevelop GP with just desire", Elstone replying "Its going to cost 230m, which is a ridiculous figure"

He also said the Hok report was worthless as it didnt have pricing on it and would take some fantastic architecture which would cost a lot because of how its situated
