Seriously Damon-cat, none of them want it. It's another of their little ways of looking down on us, even though as you've highlighted they perhaps shouldn't be so hasty to.

Maybe that will change in the next few years with the massive dose of reality being served to them, who knows.

Or most likely, someone loaded will buy them and invest loads of money so they land on their feet, like what they always do.

Putting the oval on the goodison footprints pointless, because we're working on the 4 separate stands anyway. They might possibly need a bit more room round them, but walking round it like the other month, i reckon you could easy get another tier behind the bullens road, just stick it on a load of poles above the road.
