As others have pointed out, taking each nobhead to the nick takes 2-3 busys off the front line, that only end one way when they aren’t prepared and significantly under strength.

Nb I’d have preferred to see mounted police charging through them when they refused to disperse but I expect the police cant magic up armoured horses in a jiffy if they aren’t expecting those sorts of scenes.

Let me start off by saying that Farage is a despicable human being and I have no time for him or his politics, but my daughter who is a serving police officer and has been for over 20 yrs said something similar, that some of the stuff being released to the press doesn’t add up, she was not involved at Southport so concedes she might be wrong.

I didn't say normal law abiding citzens are the problem. It's extremism that is the problem. Islamic extremism and the disgusting extremism we saw in Southport last night.

I did not condemn immigration. I condemned illegal immigration that is going unchecked. Extremism breeds extremism. That was my point.

I probably need to reword my original post because it looks like it's been completely misinterpreted. Apologies if what I said caused some sort of offence. It wasn't my intention.

Things are going to worsen and extremism will intensify unless something is done now.

Close the borders now and start visibly dealing with illegal immigration. That's the only thing that will start to deescelate what is happening in this country. People need to see that something is being done.

Forced mass multi-culturism and diversity has failed. It was never going to work. It has only resulted in the growth of hate, racism and further division. Civilization has not evolved enough yet.

The wave of anger that has steadily been growing within normal law abiding citzens of this country as a result of increased criminality and anti-Christian/anti-British ideology over the past 2 decades and more due to unchecked immigration, is only going to get worse.

I long for a mixed utopian society where everyone respects eachother but we are going backwards right now because we are importing extremism which is fueling even more extremism that is already here.

I love this notion that closing borders will stop racists being racists.

If you close borders and stop immigration they will just move on to the next group they don't like. Maybe start up on black people again, maybe go for gay people, kick off on Indians, Pakistanis etc (I doubt they know the difference anyway).

Well he’s 17 so can’t be named unless the police are lying , he’s born in Cardiff unless the police are lying and has no connection with Islam unless the police are lying .

So I’m happy to listen to theories but as I see them the options are we’re being told the truth or the police are lying , not individual officers but a cover up of orgreave or hillsborough proportions . I’m not adverse to the idea the police are lying but if you’re suggesting that the organisation your daughter is part of lies to the public then I’d be interested to hear .
