Nobody is making any excuses.

Anyone carrying a knife around deserves to be arrested, anyone carrying a knife around anywhere near vigil for children who have been stabbed, is liable to be shot - he's lucky he wasn't.

People rioting, throwing things at mosques, setting police vans on fire and abusing local residents is inexcusable.

Just got the phone with my ex, who is Muslim. Targeting the only mosque in Southport is something that makes them feel unsafe and terrified to leave their homes (Especially in religious attire). These violent racists are overshadowing the heinous crime yesterday and should be ashamed of themselves.

Muslims are just as sickened by the attack yesterday, my exes sister was sobbing yesterday because her maternal instinct kicked in thinking of what could have happened to her kids.

This is why race or religion rumours shouldn't be spread as this is what happens, but that is the internet a fuel for idiots to spread hate.

I had my hair cut after work. My barbers mate wasn't in. He's Portuguese and said he was getting grief in the street last night as he's brown. He's decided to stay at home for a few days.. it's terrible..
