Every community across the country has places like this. Community run, childcare hubs where your kids feel like they are in a second home. We use an after-school club/holiday club all the time.

It breaks my heart to think about the senseless pain those families are going through. It would destroy me to the extent I don't think I could ever recover.

What on earth has possessed a young man with all his future ahead of him to commit this horrific act?

Is It mental health?
Is it a racial attack?
Is it a terror attack?
Was it planned?
Is it fuelled by an incident that day?
Why kids?
Why that specific place?

Just found out the poor 9 year old girl lived across the road from my Mum - needless to say she is devastated.
Such a small town the ripples of this terrible event are reaching everywhere.

That's a key thing in incidents like this, it's communities that are effected.
There will be posters on here with connections to the victims.
We can only hope the families will not want for support in these unimaginable days that follow.

I heard a phone call going round ( dunno if it's legit ). But it states he,s wasn't allowed to see his child for whatever reason and went nuts. Killed his own kid and others... So maybe it was just one of them scenarios were a disgruntled dad with mental health lost it... Seems plausible considering he travelled up their in taxi and seems to target this place ... Dunno how true it's just another could be motive hitting the social

Spot on. They say it takes a village, and all that, so that whole village is devastated in times like this, but at least that support network is already there.

Damn it's a sad, sad sad time. As a father of a 6 year old girl, I feel ill inside when I visualise the fear and pain of those affected. What drives individuals to carry out such sick violence. Its truly beyond reason.
