some of those are interchangeable for example, we have Jags as 6 and have had midfielders as 4 a few times, but generally I agree

Agree with numbers relating to a position (since 1933 and we were first) but we've also had 8 as a striker (Sharp, Lineker) and 10 as a centre mid (Bracewell, Arteta).

As long as we have none of the Kone wearing 2 or Anderton wearing 9 nonsense I'm happy.
