This is why I don't really like Mourinho. Take the lead and sit on it hoping for a second on the break isn't as good a strategy as take the lead and then score numbers two and three why you're still pummeling the inferior opponent. They let teams they could hammer stay in it.

Really hope City or Utd win the League Cup as knowing our luck these will end up falling out the european spots and taking one of the European places via the trophy win.
Doesn't the league cup winner go into the new knockoff Europa League? I could well be wrong, haven't got a clue what's happening with it anymore. Can't remember what it is, but it's the 3rd tier comp with twice as many games in.
