Why would they need to score to go in front? A draw is perfectly fine. They definitely won't be pushing forward if West Ham are winning and they are drawing — that would be suicide if we hit them on the break (I'm actually laughing at the thought of a 'quick' Everton break though).
They may fear we nick a goal and then they're behind. They won't want to be sitting back too deep either inviting us on to them as that would leave them open to a counter attack so it's squeaky bum time for them. Twist or stick?

But in reality, I expect the game to already be decided before 80 minutes.

I think it'll be over by half time tbh. I mean, the game means nothing to Everton and these players have already shown they have a severe lack of professionalism in recent months. They're already dreaming of being on a yacht in the Caribbean three days time.

The reality should be the manager is giving one final opportunity for them to, in many cases, rescue their Everton career.

It honestly wouldn't shock me with now nothing to play for after bottling it the last few weeks that the players turned up today. I can also see us getting battered as well though. Don't see a draw in this game.

Lot of money to spend to be fighting relegation; sounds familiar.

If they couldn’t be arsed in the last home game when it still counted they certainly aren’t going to try any harder at Spurs. I really think Spurs will wipe the floor with them today to record their 3rd home victory of the season!
