It is good that people are awarded national recognition for such works.

Amazing that luvvies are given knighthoods and Dameships for basically just doing their job.

Scrap current honours, give proper equal awards for those that go beyond and let the luvvies have nothing but their inflated egos and salaries.

Doing away with royals is attractive, but then look at some of the elected heads of state and this allows some leeway on a harsh stance, then again, it gives us people like AMW in the royal family.

How sinfield hasn't been knighted is very bizarre

Its to do with protocol, the last award he got means he has too wait 3 years till he can receive another (2027 is when he is eligible) by all accounts its no secret he will get it then.
