Need to avoid giving silly freekicks away around the edge of the box (Mina, Gomes) that Ward Prowse has a pearler of a FK on him.

Dont think they'll score from open play if we defend as good as we can therefore dont give them the chance to score a cheap one.

Don’t get the whole VAR/Refs are going to do us over... The ref and VAR did there job spot on. VVD was offside so Pickford could only be sent off for Violent conduct and the tackle was clumsy but not violent, that’s what the pundits don’t get

Every team in this league can beat anyone on their day therefore you show every side respect - its that arrogance which saw us finish 12th last season.

Chelsea shipped 3 to these last week - treat every game like a cup final and we'll have a good season - go into games like this thinking its a walk in the park and we'll slowly slide down the table.

Looking at the other teams in the league this season, there's only the RS who look anything half decent and even they look ropey at times. We are the form team so if we can maintain it, who knows where we'll end up.

Exactly this. Can’t take anyone for granted in the league and go into any game half-arsed. Look at some of the results this season.

I'm hoping Gordon plays instead of Richarlison. The other options don't seem quick or direct enough to take his spot on that left side.

Wuf...after Saturday's game, I don't know where we are. Feel like fricking Schroedinger's cat and maybe this game will be even a bigger test of our team's ambitions and mentality.
Saints have shown some character. And my guts are telling me nothing good about the upcoming game, and I simply hope that these stinky ropes of mine are just lyings snsofbtchs
