I'd really like for us to not move Iwobi off the left. He's had relative success this season playing that more familiar role. I'd go Gordon on the right I think.

I am optimistic about it as the lads will definitely be trying to impress Carlo.

I do worry about them being able to press us effectively now. I know we've brought in a few midfielders but the main difference in our ability to move the ball forward better than at the end of last year has been James.

I think we'll struggle here SD. We're mercurial away at the best of times, but we are incredibly reliant on James from what I've seen so far. Richarlison isn't the end of the world, great player but we all know he can be a bit hot and cold

Might play wing backs to provide width instead. Can easily play Digne or Godfrey in a defensive 3 then have Nkounkou/digne and godfrey/kenny as the wing backs.

I hate five at the back, but we need to shore up our defence and none of bernard or iwobi are going to provide much width.

Problem is we have literally 1 striker so playing a 352 means Ellis Simms would have to get the call up.

No chance we will be changing formation imo, be Iwobi, Bernard & Godfrey coming in I reckon.

I think iwobe and sigs will come in for James and Richarlison. Going to be a really tough game, Southampton played well last week, our defence isn't the soundest. Think I will take a draw if it was offered
