Its not going to change overnight ! all I wanted from the last few managers, and we're getting it here, are some signs that things are improving. In training, recruitment of backroom staff - great picks, energy and the mood in training, plus some signs of better performances in matches are all there.
We're not going to win every match all of a sudden, because the players will fall back on that low confidence and bad habits of they have learned in the past 4 yrs, until they get overtaken by the new ideas and energy of the new coaching team! Dont give up on our team this time!
