Wolves winning puts pressure on us to get the job done today, start quickly and keep a good tempo up... and find a way to get Gomes further forward where he can hurt Southampton !!

Mate, you are just a misery, you need to go and talk to someone

Same team that played quite well in the second half half last week and came away with a result.

They got beat by Derby two days ago, after 120 minutes and pens, we should have enough to beat them or at least get a point.

I’ve been following Everton for 38 years mert, it’s the hope that kills you

You’ll get it soon enough

That result makes no difference, Leicester would have been on the points total wolves are now if they held on. We'd have been under more pressure if Leicester won.

Evvy, is you wearin' green?

1st match was in 1975 sitting on the toast rack above the players tunnel in the Enclosure myself.

Too old to be miserable myself.....

And yet your still optimistic after all those years of hope and failure. Southampton will press and sit on Gomes today, if Iceland decides to turn up we may have the extra quality to overrun them. But apart from the second half last week we’ve been poor for the majority of the last 12 weeks, very poor

Have one look at the bench and tell me how you improve the starting line-up?.... Maybe Mina?.... Don't see anything else...

Mina, DCL and literally any semblance of a midfield.

To be fair maybe he's going to stop Gylfi being the furthest player forward and leaving a gap in the centre the size of the atlantic, but I don't hold out too much hope.
