Can't really elaborate any further, the shareholder in question was sat next to Martinez at this dinner thing and Martinez said someone has to be sold, whether it was sell to buy i'm not sure.
Martinez also mentioned how fit the squad is and that he's had them playing some decent passing football in training. He also said its a massive culture shock coming to a proper football club like Everton compared to Wigan.

Personally if one of our better assets has to go i'd prefer it to be Fellaini as he'd bring in the most money and it would be easier to replace him than it would Baines.
